We are offering an exciting and challenging role as Product Owner / Business Application Owner of the Formalities Control Portal (FCP) & CID 2.0 applications
The Formalities Control Portal (FCP) application is a crucial tool for Compliance Operations as it is used to handle the majority of formalities and KYC reviews for all CH-booked clients. The CID 2.0 application is used instead of FCP for reviewing digitally submitted and signed formalities
As Product Owner / Business Application Owner of the Formalities Control Portal (FCP) and CID 2.0 applications, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the applications via:
Acting as a Single Point of Contact and Subject Matter Expert for the application against various partners such as Compliance Operations, Client ID, Front Inquiries and numerous regulatory projects (e.g. AEI, FATCA, KYC, USWHT etc.)
Assessing incoming change requests in terms of feasibility and impact on the application and if applicable proposing adequate alternatives
Planning the implementation of business requirements / change requests as part of regular application releases depending on their urgency, anticipated benefits and implementation costs as well as on the availability of IT resources
Ensuring the existence of appropriate requirements specifications, test cases as well as operating manuals for both business and IT
Informing all relevant business partners and senior management in a timely manner about upcoming major releases and new functionalities as well as conducting relevant user trainings
Providing support with task force activities and clean up actions in the event of operational problems such as adjustments (mass case cancelations or uploads)
Ensuring access control by defining, reviewing and approving the relevant application access rights
Handling ad hoc reporting requests
What is more, as Product Owner / Business Application Owner of the Formalities Control Portal (FCP) and CID 2.0 applications, you will be partnering together with Compliance Functional Architecture team to define the future strategy for the tool in the context of numerous ongoing digitization initiatives as well as to drive its future transformation leveraging a more modern technology stack
A completed degree (or provable equivalent practical experience) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Technology or a related field
A very good understanding of technology as well as solid project management and business partner management skills together with a focus on details
You have 3-6 years prior experience in an Application Ownership, Requirements Engineering / Business Analysis, Project Management or Business Integration role
You combine strong interpersonal and communication skills together with a positive personality and can-do / self-starter attitude.
You have the ability to learn fast and become familiar with new concepts, systems, processes and regulations.
Structured thinking and the ability to simplify complex interdependencies for visualization & decision purposes describes you well
Your strong interpersonal and communication skills, incl. the ability to work independently with partners from multiple regions, backgrounds and levels (Staff to Managing Directors) enables you to quickly gain trust and build up effective relationships
Very good command of the English language; German skills are of advantage.
