Supervises and schedules the work of all the tellers at the Orland Park branch.
Provides guidance to tellers in complex customer transactions, balancing daily settlements and meeting customer needs.
Manage the teller window in addition to other management responsibilities.
Ensure the weekly of accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Responsible for management and development of staff including annual and mid-year reviews.
Ensures compliance with existing bank policies and procedures.
Oversees the alarm system and monthly testing.
Responsible for meeting the bank's objective of growth through cross selling for themselves and their staff and continuously manages the Sales/Referral Program.
Will provide assistance as needed to the relationship bankers.
Flexibility with schedule is necessary to work at other branches if necessary.
High school diploma or GED required.
Metavante, Teller Insight, and Bankers Insight experience preferred. Word and Excel experience preferred.
4 years of related experience required
Teller experience required with.
Supervisory experience is preferred; however we would consider an applicant who possesses strong work experience and leadership potential.
