Using your knowledge of the market, you will be able to originate transactions, negotiate the deal terms and successfully close the deal. You will structure each transaction to derive maximum benefit for everyone involved in the target firm but without jeopardising the future state of the business.

Previous experience in M&A, business development, and corporate development, (primarily with technology companies) that enables you to deliver results.
Be very comfortable presenting to Executives and the Boards of target companies
Monitor and maintain a comparable transactions database
Monitor and manage integration activities
Developing and maintaining industry relationships with emerging education companies
Analyse company financial statements
Preparing pitch documents, market analyses, information memorandums, management presentations, data rooms,.
Minimum of 5+ years experience with minimum of 2 years' experience in financial sector.
Strong work ethic including attention to detail
Strong excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong ability to build collaborative internal and external business relationships
Strong analytical skills; ability to think creatively about problem solving and opportunity evaluation
Strong team player able to work effectively individually and in a team environment
A positive, highly motivated attitude
Possesses a solid understanding of Company's markets, products, players, and technologies
Proactive approach to responsibilities
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Outstanding financial modelling skills
A critical thinker who can quickly evaluate and analyse companies and financial information
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics or related field preferred
Five or more years' experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, corporate development, analytical or related role
Experience working with a global organization of size, scope and complexity
Experience working with technology and/or services intensive business
