You will be joining the Group's Regulatory Office, a dynamic cross-entity team responsible within the Pictet Group for groupwide public policy, regulatory watch and regulatory projects. You will join the European part of the team, reporting to Pictet & Cie (Europe) SA's Regulatory Affairs Coordinator in Luxembourg. You will work in close contact with all departments and business lines (banking, asset management, asset services and trading) across the Group (Luxembourg, Geneva, London, Paris, Hong Kong, etc.) on a broad range of regulatory projects.
Project management of regulatory projects involving multiple departments / business lines / geographical sites.
Liaising with internal stakeholders in Luxembourg and Geneva on regulatory matters affecting the Luxembourg bank and its branches.
Anticipating the likely impact of regulatory changes and coordinating efforts to prepare for them.
Facilitating data governance initiatives associated with ECB supervisory requirements, i.e. Asset Quality Review, BCBS 239 / data quality management programmes, etc.
University degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance and/or Engineering.
At least five years' experience in project management working for a banking group, an asset manager or a consulting firm.
Previous experience of dealing with EU regulations (CRD, MiFID, EMIR, etc.) and Luxembourg regulatory requirements, preferably with data / reporting elements.
Very good command of French, both written and spoken. Fluency in English is a must.
Excellent command of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel. MS Project skills would be appreciated.
