Our client is a leading investment platform with an enviable reputation and brand.
They are seeking a high calibre Client Relationship Manager to manage a regional network of financial advisers who have clients invested via the investment platform. The role will cover financial advisers in the South.
Key responsibilties include: developing relationships with a regional network of financial advisers, establishing and building relationships with a pipeline of prospects, supporting regional advisers and helping to develop sales opportunities, supporting in the on-boarding of new clients, supporting advisers with training and platform developments and involvement in broader projects to improve the client experience.
The role will be home based but will involve regional travel to client meetings with adviser firms.
The successful candidate will possess proven client facing experience either in a relationship manager or business development capacity and a strong understanding of the UK financial adviser market. An understanding of the investmnet platform market is also essential. Candidates will also need excellent relationship management and influencing skills, strong investment knowledge and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a pressurised environment.
