Qualification & Experience
10 years experience in Life Insurance with 5 years in supervisory level
Knowledge & Skills
Good understanding of agency operations & management issues
Result and action oriented. Resilient, flexible and be a good problem solver
Leadership and management competency. Strategic mindset and visionary, able to think beyond status quo
Good presentation and motivational skills. Persuasive and able to convey ideas, negotiation and influencing skills
Able to handle conflicts and self motivated in difficult situations
