You will play a crucial role leading an agile team of developers, testers and subject matter experts in consistently delivering a consumer grade experience for our people.
As the owner, face and advocate of the team and product within the business, you'll have accountability for the product and the experience relating to it, from strategy to design, content, support, training and more, responsibilities include:
Meeting with partners, stakeholders and sponsors. Transforming and prioritising their needs and requirements into proposals and development opportunities.
Driving the product's constant evolution including technical development, performance, timely delivery and quality.
Managing a high performing team including developers, testers, business analysts, content advisors, designers and subject matter experts.
Working with a wide range of stakeholders to identify, optimise and secure opportunities for the product as they arise in the business.
Managing and mitigating risks and issues facing the product.
Identifying and executing on opportunities to better organise, streamline and scale the team's work.

Demonstrated experience working on intranets, digital workplaces and digital properties that feature large-scale information management, collaboration, and transactional capability.
A history of working on innovative digital solutions.
The ability to synthesise, formalise and present system complexities into usable material and collateral for our audience.
Highly organised, with demonstrable ability to deliver on time.
Team leader/managerial experience with the energy and capability to lead a diverse team and lift it to the next level.
Strong capability with the Microsoft Office365 suite and experience with the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence etc).
Relevant qualifications/experience in roles relating to communications, enterprise collaboration, information management and knowledge management.
