Define segment strategy, formulate & execute acquisition campaigns & x-selling activities to grow TPC (Treasures Private Client) client base through both physical & digital channels
Identify new business opportunities and reach out to potential business partners to drive customer growth and engagement, through joint promotion, direct marketing activities
Facilitate Wealth Continuum exercise via different programs & activities. (i.e. upgrade from Treasures to TPC, de-market from PB to TPC)
Support TPC offshore model
Drive digital journey for TPC business from customer perspectives
Be responsible for TPC offline intakes, iWealth intakes & overall EOP budget
Support competitor reporting & campaign fulfillment
Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience
At least 5 years' sales experience in consumer banking, preferably with specialization in the affluent/private banking segment.
Consistent and proven sales track record in wealth management products.
Excellent listening skills, with an inquisitive mind
Strong ability to influence
Self-drive and highly ambitious
Good written and verbal communication skills
Other competencies in accordance to rank and role based on competency matrix
