Job Description: The GRC Solution Analyst reports into the Business Controls organization and is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of GRC solutions and functionality in support of the corporate Risk Excellence mandate.
General Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of RSA's Archer platform as a membership of the business solution ownership team
This individual must be able to both works well with a group and to work independently. Working with a group could involve partnering with various stakeholders such as business methodology experts and IT resources to develop training materials, and other communications to the system user base.
Independent work could involve driving the development of policies, procedures and tools to assist with the administration and support of the GRC platform for business users.
This individual should be able to deliver communication effectively to various constituencies, whether through the development of polished deliverables (e.g. user guides or a newsletter), creating engaging and professional SharePoint pages to house and convey important project information to users, or helping to present project information, either on conference calls or in person.
It is expected that the candidate will be able to own the creation of specific pieces of project output/deliverables from inception through completion and the resulting output will be highly polished and professional.
Lead special projects and support other GRC initiatives and deliverables to drive Risk Excellence goals and objectives.
It is expected that the individual will have a steep learning curve to understand Compliance and Risk Management concepts so as to be able to effectively interact with business stakeholders and SMEs.
Bachelor's Degree in an applicable fields
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an applicable field
Strong Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Experience with and knowledge of Compliance and Risk Management activities and processes within the context of the financial services industry is preferred
Consultative aptitude to support cross-organizational GRC goals and objectives
Proven interpersonal, communication, development and management skills
