Build a robust IBG policy and process infrastructure that creates value for the IBG community and improve the IBG Employee Journey and Customer Journey
Partner RMG-Credit to streamline and implement Credit policies
Drive process improvement and implementation for Credit related activities
Leverage digital solutions to improve Credit processes, including working with Credit Architecture Project ("CAP") team
Work with Product and Other stakeholders (e.g. GTS/T&M/CBG) to ensure alignment of policies and processes
Represent IBG for cross-BU projects, including various re-platform projects
Represent IBG with engagements with various stakeholders from RMG, Technology & Operations, overseas counterparts, Compliance, Audit, Finance, the IBG RM community, other Business/Support Units
Be a change manager for IBG and lead workgroups, councils, projects, ad-hoc tasks
Lead business updates and presentations to senior management on key business policy and process matters
Bachelor Degree with at least 10-12 years of relevant working experience in a banking environment
Understands Bank's policies and processes, knowledge of IBG owned or related policies/processes will be an advantage
Ability to analyze Bank's policies, processes and standards, distil through vast amounts of information and data, and highlight key issues for decision making
Strong commitment to deliver excellent quality of work
Able to think creatively and identify opportunities for innovation
Able to present information in a clear and concise manner
Strong analytical and organizational skills with a good sense of the business environment and attention to details
Strong communicator with good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Enjoys working in and has the ability to deliver results in a dynamic and challenging environment, with strong ability to multi-task
Candidates with RM experience will be an advantage
