Better requires process, discipline, and simplification We'll be looking for you to lead systems projects to support regulatory needs, develop Business Intelligence reports and user testing efforts whilst meeting project deadlines. You will be able to develop, implement and enforce policies, procedures and programs designed to minimize potential money laundering risk within the established strategies of the department. For such a significant role, we require you to have strong background from a Business Analyst's role and have experience of Compliance or AML within banking or financial services, ideally at a managerial and/or people management level (but not essential) as you will be expected to lead a team of Business Analysts and to be able to communicate job expectations, plan, train, coach, monitor and appraise job results for your team.
You will need to demonstrate your experience of working within complex financial services/payment services organisations with multiple financial products, or a regulatory agency or law firm involving payment services compliance issues relating to AML, Bank Secrecy Act, and related laws and regulations. In addition to this you will need to be analytically minded and comfortable in communicating and presenting to Senior Management. Previous experience of Project Management and Agile working methodologies is also desirable.

Annual base salary gross: €31,112 - €58,667 EUR. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
