Better requires process, discipline, and simplification We'll be looking to you to be a key member of the team that will support the development, implementation and overseeing of anti-money laundering and counterterrorist financing programs, identify controls and operational improvements and proactively accessing the effectiveness and sufficiency of various processes within AML Compliance. With the use of research and analysis, you will conduct and may lead targeted reviews and compliance controls testing, perform root cause analysis, develop recommendations for improvement, and prepare executive summary presentations to be submitted to senior management.
For such a pivotal role, we require you to have experience in compliance or audit, preferably within either banking or a payments business and you will have some project management experience/knowledge with an ability to take initiative and help drive projects to successful completion.
