You a meaningful role in which you are responsible to ensure an accurate risk governance is in place, in coordination with all risk and global functions, reducing complexity for IWM Front while growing time to market for risk solutions
Partnering regularly with IWM COO team members to provide input, to ensure a front-to-back view of the local legal entity and to represent the local CROs interests and provide transparency and representing the organization as SME in number of projects and facilitate the interaction between the central risk functions with the CROs, as well as actively drive delivery on strategic programs and key initiatives
Make innovation (e.g. robotics, machine learning, utilities) part of BAU to generate sustainable efficiencies and further develop an aligned risk report to the extent legally and regulatory possible
Define and maintain a risk governance framework for the advisory offices of IWM Division and deliver and maintain a comprehensive CRO Coverage map for all the relevant entities in the IWM division
Assess status quo of advisory offices on a regular basis; ensure a good understanding of the risk per IWM location/LE; use systematic approach through risk standards questionnaire, prioritize along complexity of locations, set up travel plan
Organize and contribute to the set-up, structure and the documentation of the 2 key governance meetings IL CRO Coverage Committee and the CSAG Stammhaus Oversight Committee
Conduct regular meetings with key functional partners to ensure that priorities are aligned and issues get brought up, as well as coordinate and steer the implementation of audit actions assigned
Demonstrate ownership and administrative excellence for handling of all documents and data submitted to or produced by the CRO International Coverage and ensure accuracy of the data to align with the high standard set by Credit Suisse
You hold a university degree or equivalent higher education level paired with a minimum of 10 years' proven experience, preferably in the front organization, risk management, legal & compliance or audit areas
Strong Project Management skills, experience within complex project or programs, change management experience and existing network in all "Lines of Defense" as well as in the international offices across IWM
Do you possess the ability to efficiently navigate complex situations, to work under pressure, good interpersonal skills, accuracy and timeliness?
Strong communication skills and proficiency in English and German to maintain trusted relationships at all management levels
You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
