A key position as Non-Financial Risk Manager (NFRM) within the NFRM Global Practices Controls team which offers significant exposure to senior controls related partners across the divisions and functions
Coordinate and further develop the annual Internal Control System (ICS) risk assessment and attestation, incl. planning, analysis, documentation, syndication and finalization of the annual ICS risk assessment and attestation
Lead risk coverage analysis including validation as well as collaborate with senior partners across the organization to define focus areas for improvement
Analysis and monitoring of identified risk exposures for adequate mitigating actions or risk acceptance in line with business risk appetite, drive improvements in the business' behavior and control environment
Challenging role in analyzing all relevant sources like Risk Control Self-Assessment, Compliance Risk Assessment, Key Control Inventory (incl. evaluation results), internal audit reports, regulatory reports, losses or key risk indicator data
Actively collaborate with other control functions of both the 1st and 2nd line of defense
Higher education degree in Banking, Economics, Business Administration or similar
Several years of professional experience in a risk and control related function with sound knowledge of investment and private banking, understanding of Internal Controls systems and relevant risk metrics, as well as data interrogation and reporting skills
You combine strong analytical skills with the ability to focus on key aspects concerning complexity and time constraints
You are committed to collaborating with our senior management, you build trusted partnerships and deliver relevant solutions
Good interpersonal and relationship management skills with a strong ability to cope with pressure with a positive can do attitude, high level of flexibility, high motivation and hands-on attitude
Outstanding command of English both written and verbal communication as you will have to liaise with teams globally
