We are a team of highly committed and engaged professionals, embedded in CCO (Chief Compliance Officer function), and together actively support the design of Credit Suisse's future credit digitized processes
Thanks to close collaboration with senior partners from Compliance, Risk and Front Offices you will be able to establish a strong and sustainable network within the bank and shaping the end-to-end design of credit processes and systems
You actively manage the delivery of complex front-to-back change projects related to Credit Digitalization
You work with digitalization project teams to ensure target models are being implemented into our IT infrastructure
You assist the Program Manager in all aspects of such a program as part of a joint Risk and Front Office Credit Digitalization Program, including mobilization, shaping, execution, and reporting with minimal direct supervision
You will develop the project strategy and project plan, allocate resources and deliver the completion tasks, define project scoping and work streams, manage dependencies, identify the key partners
Furthermore, you will define the project governance model and roles & responsibilities, organize, prepare and facilitate steering committees with senior management members and prepare reports and presentations to the Program management, DT&PL and CRO management and steering committees
You will track project budgets, expenditures and costs against budgets and predict budget overruns
You independently and collaboratively prepare and run workshops and meetings with SMEs, documenting outcomes, shaping our CS Corporate credit products OR retail credit products
You possess a university degree in finance, economics, law or similar
You have a consistent track record, at least 5-6 years, of managing multidivisional projects gained in a leading consulting firm within financial services industry or an International investment bank
Significant relevant experience in delivering strategic change and overseeing IT systems delivery
You have good experience of credit processes or credit risk management (or similar experience) and specific knowledge of corporate credit products OR credit risk processes related to corporate products
With your forward thinking way of working and a strategic approach to your work, you will thrive in a busy work environment
You have ability to work both on conceptual and implementation level, to prioritize own activities and those of colleagues/their team as well as understanding and re-engineering SME requirements and processes
With your excellent communications skills, including presentation, you are an authority in drafting a compelling storyline in PowerPoint and present it to senior management
Excellent stakeholder management with validated ability to partner effectively with others in challenging circumstances and excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle conflicts
You have a passion for excellence, change, effectiveness and finding joy in creating something new
You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to take initiative to constantly optimize processes
You are fluent in English and German, written and spoken
