Duties will include: o Assisting with implementing the European business development strategy o Sourcing and winning new clients o Collating and monitoring management information in relation to business development activities o Organising and coordinating internal business development meetings and information sharing o Research into trends and hot topics in the industry and disseminating such information internally and externally o Coordinating business development initiatives around advisors and prospects o Targeting and developing relationships with key contacts in the industry o Conference and seminar attendance for networking and cold calling where necessary o Supporting pitch process in terms of the production of information for RFPs and other information required by head of department about the business o Coordination of business development efforts with heads of departments in other jurisdictions o Ensuring sales tools are up to date o Managing marketing efforts including internal and external communications, media, marketing materials and events
