Providing the perfect blend of independence and advice to a variety of investors, PH&N places a high emphasis on exceptional client service while providing a wide range of mutual fund solutions at a low cost. As the Investment Funds Advisor, you are responsible for servicing and growing PH&N's direct to investor distribution business by utilizing your superb Mutual Funds knowledge to provide advice to a variety of investors. What will you do?
Providing investment advice to all existing and prospective clients over the phone
Analyzing data to gain an understanding of the client's goals and objectives
Recommend an appropriate mix of funds, and explain why they are the most appropriate funds for each particular client
Provide information pertinent to a wide range of financial planning concepts including tax, estates, retirement planning, etc.
Accept trade instructions over the phone while adhering to all RBC compliance and regulatory requirements, action trades as required.
What do you need to succeed? Must Have
Investment Funds in Canada, ( IFIC ) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC), licensed for at least 1 year
Ability to handle large client volumes and clearly communicate complex investment strategies
Ability to work autonomously
Nice to Have
Financial Planning Designation (PFP or CFP)
Bilingual French, written and spoken is a strong preference
Completion of Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM)
