Based in New York, the Investor Relations Assistant Vice President will support Alcentra's Global Investor Relations efforts with a focus on maintenance of relationships and responses to needs of existing investors across the USA and in Asia
The role requires ability to analyse, question and prepare information which can be presented to investors. In particular, it requires strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) achieve deadlines, ability to multi-task as well as attention to detail. Client service orientation.
Provide accurate, thoughtful and timely responsesto client queries
Respond to client due diligence requests
Build rapport and liaison with internal teammembers, particularly product management, sales, operations and investmentteams, and fund administrators to build a knowledgebase to enable autonomousresponses to client queries
Support investor tax reporting process and liaisewith tax preparer
Partner with team administrator to ensure accuracyof client data across systems (i.e CRM)
Maintain CRM with meeting notes and client data
Support new content development and design ofclient communications (i.e invitations, mailings)
Assist with organising and executing the investorconference including but not limited to support event production, liaison andco-ordination with 3rd party vendors, assisting with content production,sourcing of speakers, attendance and hosting on the day
