Fraud Risk Management (FRM) is an enterprise-level organization within TD Bank Group recently created in alignment with the 3 Lines of Defense model of risk management. The FRM Group is responsible for \u00222nd line risk oversight\u0022 of Lines of Business and Corporate Functions (LOBs) with exposure to Fraud Risk(s) as well as development and implementation of enterprise strategies, supported by Policies, Standards, Guidelines & Fraud Risk Programs, to appropriately mitigate Fraud

For this role, we're looking for a data expert who is comfortable working with industry leading data analytics practices and tools that support data/database management, statistics, analytics and visualizations: Hadoop, Python, R, Jupyter, Tableau, SQL Server MS & Data Tools, etc, and a drive and passion to for continuous learning and development. We are looking for your valued expertise to develop, adopt and evolve best in class data, analytics and reporting solutions. You will work in close proximity with others across the bank and supporting our peers in collaboration with our team's mandate for the Fraud Risk Management program. Does this sound like you? Lead and execute data/business analysis using various internal data sources to support the understanding of Fraud Risk across the enterprise
Experience with diagnosing, prescribing, planning, executing, and presenting small to medium analytics and BI projects
Capture and analyze information or data on current and future trends as well as develop visualizations to share with our partners
Craft complex and comprehensive BI reporting packages and dashboards utilizing data infrastructure, localized data-marts and external data sources
Lead the implementation of initiatives as a data, analytics and reporting professional in support of overall business/function strategy
Conduct analysis to provide improved BI and insights to inform FRM and business partner management teams
Validate the quality and integrity of the data being analyzed and reported
Support Data management efforts with control and governance partners
Desire and tenacity to learn new skills and adapt to new challenges with an exceedingly fast learning curve

Tell us about your most relevant experience, credentials and knowledge for this role, as well as these essential requirements and attributes:
Masters Degree or Technical Certificate in Data Analytics or relevant field would be an asset
5-7 years relevant experience
Advanced knowledge with industry data tools: R, Python, Tableau, SQL Server MS & Data Tools, Hadoop, etc.
Ability to interpret analysis results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining
History as a collaborative team player, strength in communicating clearly with partners
Capacity and eagerness to work independently as a senior/lead role on multiple tasks, and also coach/educate/guide/direct others.
Ability to assume assignments that are moderate- to highly- complex and multi-faceted, to be performed under management guidance.
