Sales and Client Service Support. Handle requests from prospects, clients and consultants including preparing customized deliverables to address specific questions. This may include preparation of presentations, meeting or conference call set-up, follow-up from client and prospect meetings, review of RFPs, collation of performance information etc. This includes direct interaction with both internal shared services resources as well as external communication with clients and prospects.
Research. Conducts and develops market and product research in support of the A&NZ planning process.
Contributes data and recommendations to the business planning process.
Presents market research to Sales and Client Service managers.
Research may include market assessments, competitor intelligence, market data, marketing research, product and channel market demand assessments.
Ad hoc project management
Provide market research to support internal business cases including product and client fee proposals and where appropriate assist in drafting
Account Take On - Provides support to various aspects of the sales and account take on process as directed by senior client facing professionals. Serves as liaison with shared services to resolve any issues, clarify client requirements and to provide quality control throughout the process. Uses their knowledge of the business to provide proactive recommendations for process improvement, and changes.
Event planning coordination and management. Working with the relationship management team, Marketing, and TRP shared services organizations, this person will be involved in the coordination of the research, planning and execution of brand-building activities in connection with industry conferences, TRP institutional road shows and other similar events.
Client/prospect Responsibility. Host institutional clients and prospects when visiting on-site, coordinate the preparations of the meeting materials and presentations with other TRP departments and presenters in preparing for the visits to TRP's other offices. Liaises with investment professionals to ensure client meeting objectives are met and TRP visit is memorable for clients. Presents TRP overview and any miscellaneous items directly to clients
University degree, CFA or part completion preferred. Five years of related work experience.
