In this new opportunity you will drive the effective and efficient operation of management practices and will act as a trusted advisor to Westpac Risk project group.
Major accountabilities include:
Report on whether projects are delivering capabilities in line with the baselined scope, schedule, costs and benefits in line with the agreed investment plans
Provide strategic oversight, informing the program or project when reporting policy or strategy changes
Document the schedule management guidelines, templates and standards to be used by the Project Managers on the Program
Provide Schedule management guidance and support to the workstreams

What do I need?
Along with A detailed understanding of the risk and/or financial services industries ,we are looking for:
Demonstrated experience leading and operating to large complex portfolio/programs/projects
Proven expert knowledge of PMO best practice, including delivery frameworks, processes and tools with a practical understanding of how to apply these in a business environment.
Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic and agile environment that is subject to fast pace of change
Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders across a broad range of business functions, including senior management, project and strategy teams, and business representatives
Advanced skills in Microsoft Project (MSP) and MS Excel
