Protiviti are looking for skilled candidates for the following role:
The client is an international corporation with an excellent reputation both here in Asia and also globally.
Produce, review and validate portfolio account performance calculations
Produce and review performance reports associated with accounts, managers and sponsors
Use their new system to generate reports, to test the functionality for their new system
Talk with Developing team if any issues in report's accuracy
Create customized reporting based upon client requirements
Maintain, produce and review client composites according to SLAs and GIPS standards
Lead or participate in department projects and ensure their completion
Assist in new client onboarding and implementations
Review, update and implement new processes and procedures where needed to enhance operational controls
Assist Product Area with client presentations to current or prospective clients Responsible for interfacing with performance and index vendors
Provide feedback on vendor system quality/functionality
Mentor team members in training and skill development
Provide feedback to Manager on team members' development
Assist in the training of new staff and help Manager determine training schedule based upon current production needs
Attend to Client queries
Other duties as assigned by Manager
CIPM certified highly preferred
Has to be from investment arm of insurance (asset management, etc)
Working knowledge of the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) preferred
System Implementation/ Migration experience preferred
Computer literate with excellent MS Office skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (example: macro, filtering, pivot tables, etc)
Working knowledge of Statpro and Factset functionality
Strong analysis and problem solving skills
Sound knowledge of performance, attribution methods and risk measurement
Sound knowledge of ex-ante and ex-post risk reporting highly valued
Knowledge of the end-to-end view of the overall performance reporting process
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
Advanced knowledge of all asset classes
Working knowledge of accounting systems
Knowledge for Bloomberg/ Eagle Pace would be ideal
