The Role Responsibilities
Compliance Risk and Information comprises of three core pillars: (i) Compliance Process & Risk Control; (ii) Compliance Risk Assessment (iii) Compliance Information & Analytics. These three pillars complement each other in providing assurance that the Group is well controlled in terms of adherence to policies and procedures owned by Compliance as well as relevant country regulations. Additionally, Compliance Risk Analytics, helps to drive Compliance efforts where required in the most efficient and effective way.
Group Standard Compliance Performance
Take personal responsibility for understanding the risk and compliance requirements of my role. Understand and comply with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, and regulations, including those governing anti-money laundering, terrorist financing, and sanctions; the Group's policies and procedures; and the Group Code of Conduct. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk and compliance matters

Business Delivery and Performance
Assist with any revision of the Compliance Risk Assessment methodology
Assist with the implementation plan
Assist with training development
Deliver training to country and business compliance teams responsible for conducting the risk assessment
Assist with the coordination and compilation of CRA results
Assist with the review and feedback sessions with country and business compliance teams
Assist with the CRA system (SharePoint or new tool when available)
Support senior management in highlighting risk areas as part of the CRA results
Follow up with countries on the closure of action plans created to mitigate gross risks as defined within the ORF
People Management & Accountability
Key stakeholders include Central Compliance teams, Compliance business and function teams and Country Compliance teams
Communicate and Collaborate
Support effective and timely communication along with collaboration cutting through functions and business
Our Ideal Candidate
Minimum 8 - 12 years working experience in relevant compliance function
Understanding of compliance
Ability to manage stakeholders
Ability to prioritise a portfolio of competing priorities
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
