Our Debt Capital Markets team is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Analyst to join our team in London.
Our Debt Capital Market business provides advisory and financing services, including M&A, ECM, Principal Investment and Leveraged Finance to private equity funds. As an Analyst in this team, you will have the opportunity to work across most sectors.
You will work with the TMT team to generate and execute opportunities, assisting them in all marketing and transaction execution activities with an emphasis on financial analysis. You will build and maintain financial models and perform valuation analyses, as well as pitch books for marketing and transaction execution purposes. In addition to this, you will model cash flows / financial projections to support transactions. You will also have the opportunity to attend relevant meetings and industry conferences and will perform a central role in the execution of transactions.
If you've been working as an Analyst in a leading investment bank, with demonstrable experience in structuring and documentation of transactions with both Financial Sponsors and Corporate clients, we want to hear from you.
You must have at least 2 years of experience in an investment banking environment. You must have an excellent academic record, ideally within a Finance or Economics discipline. A CFA qualification is desired. You will be able to demonstrate your deal execution experience and be regarded as an outstanding performer amongst your peers. You will also have excellent financial modelling, valuation and presentation skills, as well as experience managing junior team members.
