Corporate Access team is committed to the mission statement of delivering consistent, high-quality Corporate Access interactions to our clients across all client geographies on the basis of a framework of processes allowing us to effectively leverage all those strong corporate relationships that exist in Research and Corporate Finance – across CLSA.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA's):
Coordinate with corporate management teams, including, but not limited to sales, research, and corporate access for all types of roadshow events
Coordinating and planning internally with the sales teams and externally with our investor clients for meetings and conference calls arrangement
Organize all logistic including, but not limited to, hotels, ground transportation, air travel and catering
Arrange and perform Non Deal Road Shows / Investor Relation Meetings for both our clients and APAC sales team
Create, manage and distribute the 'master' roadshow schedule according to bank and client preferences
Execute Corporate Days from logistic arrangement to consolidating investors' requests then schedule meetings
Liaise with domestic and overseas event vendors, hotels, suppliers and contractors
At least 2 – 3 years of corporate access and roadshow experience in Investment Banking industry.
Strong administrative and/or travel coordination skill in a fast paced and high volume environment
Organized, with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to meet strict deadlines
Multi-tasking, detail-oriented, willing to learn and able to work under pressure and overtime work
A can-do attitude and ability to adapt to situations and ever-changing demands with a calm demeanor
Creative problem solver and team player
Strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
