The Role Responsibilities
Deliver the Project SAIL vision, strategy and leadership, consistent with the vision and strategy for FCC, in support of the Group's strategic direction and growth aspirations.
Deliver the project in line with the Bank's SDF 2.0 framework aligned to the Inception, Elaboration, Construction and Transition Phases
Propose control improvements, enhancements and simplifications where appropriate
Ensure all project deliverables, artefacts and approvals are stored in a structured discoverable format for future recovery and audit
Contribute to documentation creation for the DS Centre of Expertise
Documentation preparation and controls for monitor led engagement activities
Deliver all allocated activities to the highest quality standard and call out when this is not the case
Support DS CoE workstream lead in PED preparation activities
Actively support FCC Assurance activities, Audit reviews and regulatory inspections for Project SAIL, providing input to the reviews, and oversight of any arising management action plans ensuring all activities are completed on time
Working knowledge of SCB SDF and TDA processes will be an advantage
Experience in dealing with bank internal and external assurance and audit teams
Proven ability to constructively engage peer teams for dependencies
