The Onboarding Credit Product Manager represents the lifeblood for growth for SVB and differentiating our digital capabilities from our competition. T his role is responsible for driving a significant aspect of our digital transformation strategy. The ideal candidate will:
Possess a strong product management background, be steeped in Design Thinking, Lean UX, and agile delivery methodologies, and have a data-driven approach to decision making.
Demonstrate prior experience in developing seamless end-to-end digital and cross-channel onboarding experiences and ideally have exposure to key elements of commercial credit onboarding which include:
Integration with rules engines, decision engines, CRM, document manager, agent workflow(Appian) and credit workflow solutions.
Demonstrate an ability to collaborate with developers and data engineers to define the technology infrastructure and data architecture necessary to optimize straight through processing while managing credit risk.
Have previous experience in loan originations and ability to collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Regulatory partners

Qualifications What You'll Bring:
A Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering, or quantitative major that requires structured problem solving
10+ years of Product Management experience in Banking/Financial Services with a focus on loan/credit originations
3+ years direct knowledge and experience with onboarding
Proven ability to lead, build relationships, and work effectively in cross-functional teams and work with Exec stakeholders
Strong analytical and strategic thinking with ability to communicate complex concepts in writing or verbally to entry level to Exec level audiences
Strong understanding and working experience with design-thinking best practices to deliver industry-defining digital products and experiences
Strong knowledge of Agile routines and proven ability to lead in an Agile working environment
