Summary Description: o You would be responsible act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT team. This includes understanding current state of business process, understand the big picture and conduct gap analysis. o You would be responsible for orchestrating prototypes and deliver a roadmap by working with multiple teams. o Ensure data quality and ensure the system is up to date for consumption. o You ought to develop as a techno- functional expert in your area and be comfortable in explaining across the verticals. Job Responsibilities: Strong communication skills requiring daily interaction with IT teams and business stakeholders. o Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts for assigned projects to meet strict sign-off deadlines. o Intermediate SQL expertise; ability to write statements and joins for drilling down on data for analysis and UAT. o Strong data analysis and business requirements gathering skills; experience with writing Business Requirements Documents (BRD). o Ability to translate requirements into actionable development work in the form of writing epics, stories, and acceptance criteria as part of the Agile framework. o Reviews current data models to understand the as is environment. o Strong proven ability to work successfully with business stakeholders and IT Team and manage multiple competing priorities. o Experience in financial services industry is a plus (Investment Management, Fixed Income, Equities). Experience / Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years related experience in corporate system environments working with enterprise data warehouse systems. o Experience/understanding of business process re engineering and business modeling concepts, business systems development and analysis. o Experience with business processes, data management, data flows, data relationships, data quality standards and processes, and proficiency with data analytics tools. o Hands on experience in writing SQL queries to perform testing. o Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to liaise with business users and developers o Strong documentation and presentation skills o Willingness to learn new technical and finance skills. o Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. o Positive attitude, real passion for good work ethic, your ability to execute independently yet also maintain a strong team orientation
