The candidate for this paralegal role will be part of a dynamic Legal team that advises and supports the Global Credit Finance business, the Funding and Collateral Transformation business and the Global Treasury division at State Street. Responsibilities may include drafting of contracts/amendments, coordinating logistics of transaction closings, managing electronic contract and form document repositories, assisting with governance processes and documentation applicable to legal entities, responding to requests for information or proposals from clients or regulators; researching regulatory/legal issues, and assisting with corporate projects and initiatives.

The candidate should have the qualifications listed below:
2+ years' experience as a paralegal, preferably in the financial services area
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification and relevant law firm, or other in-house legal department experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Knowledge of commercial credit terms and documentation, trading agreements and/or banking and financial services regulation a plus
