A private estate real estate fund manager focused on quality commercial development deals, our client is currently valued at USD1.4BN and looking to expand further in the region.
The scope of your role will include but not be limited to:
Investor Relations: Development of investor relations strategy and delivery of communication to investors and fund managers. Manage content for key communication channels e.g. annual report, website, media announcements.
Public Relations: Lead and manage communication strategies with both internal and external stakeholders.
Research & Analysis: Conduct research and drive analysis on equity and debt capital transactions in the market, as well as any other competitor's activities which may have an impact on the REIT.
The ideal candidate should come with at least 8 years of working experience, preferably in the real estate fund sector / financial services. Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, real estate and / or economics will be key, with CFA accreditation a plus for your application. You are analytical with strong commercial outlook, and are able to translate data points to chart market trends. Prior exposure and experiences within the US region will be a distinct advantage to succeed in this role.
