Senior Functional Tester (Capital Markets)

Responsibilities:

• Develop, document and maintain functional test cases
• Execute and evaluate manual test cases to locate bugs and regressions and ensure product quality is of a high standard
• Perform API interface testing and API testing
• Reviewing functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables
• Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of Functional testing experience
• Strong Investment banking domain experience is mandatory.
• Hands on experience with building SQL queries for test Validations
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
• Familiar with at least one API/Unit testing framework
• Experience with Web Services testing tools such as SOAP UI, SOA Test etc
• Hands on individual contributor with strong test execution skills required.
