The Role Responsibilities & Our Ideal Candidate
Programme "COSMOS" is an initiative in Operations, COO Trust, Data & Automation that contributes to the Bank's Information and Cyber Security strength and competency, leveraging on external industry knowledge, fostering collaboration between BAU and Change across STS, CISO, ICS.
The advertised role of Risk Framework Workstream Analyst reports to the Risk Framework Workstream Lead.
Scope of the Risk Framework Workstream Analyst Role
Support the Workstream Lead to set-up and manage Risk Framework Workstream of Programme COSMOS end-to-end.
Assist to ensure regulatory required workstream scope is met working closely with external and internal stakeholders, especially the PMO of ICS TRP and other stakeholders in BAU ICS
Support the Workstream Lead to assure completion of identified issues in a very timely manner
Assist with the compilation of adequate reports creating one cohesive picture
Work closely with representatives from Risk, Technology and Business Line groups, as well as analysts to extract data around existing control etc
Support the effectiveness of ICS TRP including: programme prioritisation, programme efficacy, etc
Help with prioritisation of identified gaps and a concrete roadmap for SCB teams to implement to close the gaps
Support to assure that the recommendation on target state for specific areas to elevate the effectiveness of ICS is being implemented
Familiar with creating and reviewing Risk Frameworks, ideally with the Group's ERMF.
Support to establish workstream governance and robust working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Support to organise and run workshops with stakeholders of all seniority levels.
Support to deliver scope as per requirements according to agreed timeline and budget.
Work to high quality standards regarding execution discipline and attention to detail, being able to demonstrate proven meticulous execution discipline.
Support to manage stakeholder interviews and extensive document collection, being able to identify gaps in programme governance, ownership, project management, accountability, MI

Contribute to a reduction in Cyber and Information Security Risk by demonstrating reliability, robust approach
Support to establish relevant workstream forums, prepare for regular forum updates and discussions.
