Duties include but are not limited to:
Provide calendar and meeting management for the management and designated team(s)
Global travelling management
HR function and key projects support
Organizing speech and lecture series
Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders etc
We are expecting someone with minimum 3-year executive assistant/office manager relevant exeperience in PEVC/asset management/banking/management consulting industry. English and mandarin proficiency is required for this role.
