The Compliance Specialist I will support the compliance, fraud and privacy functions within the Client Support Center ("CSC").
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide insight and expertise as it relates to Compliance, Fraud and Privacy to management within the CSC.
Manage the facilitation of Privacy related requests for the Bank.
Cross-train on the monitoring of transactions, application due diligence and other client activities to mitigate fraud.
Act as a Compliance, Fraud and Privacy resource to both the front line and operational Client Support Center teams.
Support management in the development and enhancement of compliance related responsibilities.
Other duties as assigned.
Prior Compliance, Fraud and/or Privacy experience in the financial industry is required.
Previous Customer Service experience is preferred.
High energy and enthusiasm with a strong commitment to exceeding expectations of internal/external clients and peers.
Team player with a strong desire to be an active, long-term participant in the growth of our Bank and the communities we serve.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills that display the ability to connect and build relationships.
Ability to work with little to no supervision and a low margin of error.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
