What it's about This position is an opportunity to join the Private Infrastructure Integrated investment team and take part in all aspects of private Infrastructure investments. With a key focus on joint-investments and fund investments, the team targets investments across Infrastructure sub-sectors including Energy, Communications, Transportation, Utilities and Infrastructure Services.
Quantitative and qualitative analysis of prospective joint-investments and fund investments (on a primary and secondary basis)
Assist in preparing investment recommendations for presentation to investment committee
Assist in transaction due diligence workstreams, including financial, commercial, legal, tax, etc
Perform various tasks related to investment monitoring, product reporting, market research, internal requests, and marketing efforts
What we expect
Top academic credentials with a coursework emphasis on Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics and/or Engineering
1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a background in principal investing and/or investment banking
Strong valuation and financial modeling skills required
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, written, communication and presentation skills
Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and succeed
Effective and reliable team player
