Handling contract review process and achieving reviewed contracts;
Assisting Head of Legal with office management, including preparing regular department reports, time sheet management, legal counsel professional qualification renewal, etc;
Preparing and submitting department budgets for ongoing disbursements;
Provide back-up secretarial support when Legal Secretary is busy or not available;
Liaising with other departments and external parties; and
Other ad hoc administration duties as assigned.
Experience with office administration or have administration skills
Worked in legal or compliance departments in a multinational company, or in a lawyer's office, familiarity with the financial services industry would be a big plus
Detail-oriented and comfortable with continuous paper work
Good command of both Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English, especially in reading and writing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Honest and independent
Mature and poised
An effective team player, self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills
University degree holder.
