Position Description:
PIMCO is seeking an ambitious, dynamic, and energetic candidate to join its Channel Marketing team. The position will focus on implementing the Edward Jones strategic plan with the goal of driving engagement and marketing qualified leads to our sales partners. The ideal candidate will be proactive, a strategic thinker and a creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This role may be based in Austin, TX, New York, NY, or Newport Beach, CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead execution of Edward Jones marketing strategy and tactics
- Interface with internal stakeholders and Compliance as well as all Marketing departments (brand, digital, editorial, design, product marketing, channel and messaging & content) to manage projects through to completion
- Serve as day-to-day point of contact and support for Edward Jones account managers
- Manage metrics and reporting processes related to PIMCO's Edward Jones marketing and provide actionable recommendations
- Deliver industry-leading marketing programs and partnerships focused on Edward Jones financial advisors and their clients
- Build and maintain strong and impactful relationships with stakeholders across PIMCO's Edward Jones team
- Develop a rich understanding of PIMCO's product line-up and retail business to support strategic business objectives
- Provide lead generation capabilities, identifying existing client & prospects and nurturing leads through digital journey frameworks
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial services marketing with a focus on advisory brokerage and RIA clients
- Strong and proactive communication capabilities
- Independent problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and still effectively manage to deadlines
