The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance.
To provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, HR policies review and implementation, training & development, performance appraisal as well as compensation & benefits.
To implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best talents available in the market
To manage, maintain and develop annual staffing plans, review and provide recommendations for upcoming year
To generate and constantly improve employment contracts/offer letters
To oversee and review HR policies, making sure that it is updated and in line with legislative changes
Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team
Provide advice and support to staff and managers on company's policies when necessary
To strategize and create policies to train and develop skill set of every employee, maximising their potential and efficiency in their job functions
Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
To ensure that all departments complete the appraisal process, reviewing and reporting to the Management on issues arising
Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in human resources or business related discipline
7+ years' of professional HR experience, ideally from a private equity or financial industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
