JobDuties & Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, provide direction to the business unit on various elements of the AML-KYC Policies
Under general supervision, conduct assigned responsibilities related to the AML-KYC Policies implementation and execute a range of complex tasks and analyses to support the business unit and department goals.
Propose a range of solutions to complex problems to direct manager and/ or business unit leadership, as appropriate
Under general supervision, work within the scope of established guidelines and practices and consult with senior staff where clarification or exception to policy may be required
Under general supervision, act as coordinator for direct contact with Compliance, Risk, Audit, and other internal groups
Maintain and continuously develop knowledge around core products, financial markets and technologies
Continue to enhance and update industry knowledge and pursue additional expertise
Discuss and validate potential control gaps, control design and operating effectiveness issues with the appropriate owners
Identify and report all AML compliance issues, breaches and suspicious activities
Perform other duties as required.
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience with a focus in related field preferred
2-4 years of related experience
Competent understanding of AML-KYC policies and industry standards
General knowledge of Corporate Information Security requirements
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Must be able to drive results: influence positive outcomes
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Proficient in Access and Excel.
