You will take on the following responsibilities:
Apply statistical analysis and exploratory techniques to enable data-driven decisions
Work closely with our product team to understand user behavior, develop product ideas and design objectives & key results
Present insights to the management team to impact the strategic direction of Venn
Build models to be utilized by our customer support and sales team to help inform prioritization strategy
Design experiments to understand causal impact
Build infrastructure for our data warehouse and analytics platform
You should possess the following qualifications:
3+ years industry experience in data analysis or similar role
Comfortable with at least one programming language (eg. Python, Java)
Experience with SQL
Track record of working with open-ended questions and creatively turn ambiguous problems into actionable data
Ability to think independently with a business driven focus
Communicate complex ideas clearly
Prior experience in finance is not required
