Regional Legal Counsel, Corporate Banking

Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with the legal team to provide support the global banking business which includes corporates, transaction banking and trade finance
• Work with external counsels on loan and financing documentation 
• Provide solid legal advice to the business on possible risks from the transactions 
• Able to interface with product development team by providing advice and to mitigate any legal risks to the business

Key Requirements 

• Must be a Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 5 years experience dealing with banking and finance/corporate finance matters
• Possess high standards in drafting and revising legal agreements
• Must be an individual who is willing to take the task at hand and be willing to work as part of a team
