The Frankfurt-based team is now looking for a part-time Office Manager to support its growth.
You will act as the general office manager and key liaison with clients and service providers.
Further, you will be providing support to the Investment Banking Department as follows:
Diary management, ensuring effective use of time and preparation of papers and information in advance
Booking and coordinating travel and accommodation
Assisting with the drafting, amending and preparation of documents
Answering and directing incoming phone calls, taking messages
Organising and coordinating networking and completion dinners and other events
Key skills, qualifications and attributes
Bachelor's degree or comprehensive apprenticeship is desirable
Minimum of 1 year of business administration or office management experience
Able to work in complex situations and deliver results
Attention to detail and high work quality standards
Able to manage multiple engagements and shifting priorities
Creativity and ability to innovate
Excellent communication skills
Proactive, energetic and enthusiastic
Self-confidence and self-discipline
Native in German and proficient in English
