The Product Executive role is based in Singapore but may encompass travel to other markets. The job responsibilities include preparing materials for client engagement, tracking market trends and peers performance comparison. For existing clients, there are regular portfolio reports on the investment strategies, portfolio positioning and market outlooks. For new prospects/clients, the individual is expected to provide supporting materials and assist in the launch of Multi-Asset products. The individual will be accompanied by Schroders licensed staff in clients'-facing activities to explain and review Multi-Asset products.
Product and Client Support
Product material - Ensure all regular Multi-Asset product presentations and fund updates are produced for distribution to sales channels
Competitor analysis - collect and analyse comparative advantages among ma j or peers, and determine our product niche
Client reports and review presentations - Provide regular updates of market and portfolio performance, as well as portfolio investment st rategy, for distribut ion to existing clients
Ad hoc reporting - Support sales and client service teams in responding to client queries
b. New Business Development
RFP ownership - Ensure RFPs are completed with the highest standards possible and tailored to clients' needs
Client Pitches - Assist in the development of presentations for client pitches
c. Business Management
Business strategy support - participate in formulating overall business strategy including market landscape and product design
Automation - streamline existing work processes and establish best practices for the desk
Degree holder with at least 6 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of multi-asset products
Highly methodical and enjoy working under tight deadlines
Prior experience and a proven track record in a client servicing role
Enjoy working in a team environment
Strong knowledge of powerpoint, excel and MS word
Ability to engage across teams
Ability to work with ambiguity and to tight deadlines
Strong time management and workload management skills
