Job Description: Strategic Partners provides the opportunity to join one of the most active and long-tenured investment teams in the secondary private equity industry with a growing Co-Investment business. The primary job responsibilities of an Analyst will be evaluating and closing co-investments including all aspects of deal due diligence. The responsibilities include extensive underwriting and financial modeling across a variety of industries. Additional responsibilities include preparing Investment Committee memos and in-depth company analysis, identifying and executing investments, attending investment diligence sessions including sponsor and management team meetings and performing portfolio monitoring activities.
Qualifications: Strategic Partners is noted for the diversity of its employees, but seeks candidates with a common set of abilities - highly motivated and creative individuals who have demonstrated academic achievement, and have the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
The successful candidate should have:
1-3 years' experience in an Investment Banking or Private Equity role
High degree of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Strong communication skills
