Actively drive revenue growth through the focus on sales within the branch whilst also acting as the single point of accountability for end to end customer to maintain branch profitability and customer satisfaction
Provide leadership, coaching & motivation to staff to optimise financial contribution to the branch.
Manage resources in the branch, implement service initiatives (in accordance with the Customer Experience guidelines) and ensure consistency of service quality and delivery.
Ensure needs-based selling in accordance with FA Act and service compliance with both internal audit/security and external regulatory requirements
Ensure effective use of resources at the branch; Create a high performance culture through motivation, training, development of all branch staff (including the operations staff in the branch)
A good degree with at least 5 years' experience in the financial services industry, preferably with a good track record in sales and sales management
Sound understanding of financial planning, wealth management products as well as banking operations
Good knowledge of financial costing, including P&L management, and business marketing strategies and techniques
Strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills with the ability to relate and manage all levels of staff and has relevant experience in development of high-performing relationship managers
Preferably with CMFAS Mod 5, 8, 9, CHI, AFP, AFC, CLU, ChFC, CFP qualifications
