Using Xero to set up companies, post journals and prepare monthly management accounts for companies being reviewed by Deal Financial Controllers.
Setting up template folders for each deal and ensuring that these folders are consistent, up-to-date and referenced back to the accounting numbers.
Carrying out bank and intercompany reconciliations.
Assisting in presentations, reports and project management deliverables.
Other ad hoc duties as required.
Part-qualified Accountant (ACCA or equivalent).
Real estate experience essential.
Highly skilled user of Excel.
Previous experience of using Xero desirable.
Understanding of accounting for loans is preferable.
Ability to self-manage and meet deadlines.
Ability to work in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Confident, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
