Provide strong leadership over a team of TPC Offshore Relationship Managers
Responsible for driving and executing client engagement, franchise growth and financial performance strategies to ensure high level of client satisfaction and engagement, acquire new clients and AUM and meet financial expectations
Lead and drive sales performance on individual and team basis to achieve overall business objectives
Ensure needs-based selling and service compliance in accordance with regulatory and internal audit/security requirements
Inculcate a high performance culture to attract, develop and retain high performing staff in support of bank's wealth continuum strategy
Degree with over 10 years of relevant wealth management experience with minimum 3 years in managerial function
Strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills with the ability to relate and manage all levels of staff
Good networking skills to build partnership and strong collaborations with internal and external business partners
Strong passion to develop business and grow team
Strong commitment to risk management and able to foster an effective risk culture
Possess familiarity, good market understanding and language capabilities of the offshore market coverage as it is essential for interaction with the clients
