This is an all-encompassing role whereby you will be part of the team assisting in asset management, investment underwriting, and fund management as below:
Participate in portfolio management activities including monitoring and evaluation of the investment and fund level-performance, including preparation of quarterly/annual management report packages.
Assist in maximising total return for assets through the analysis of property efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance. Monitor, analyse and report on asset performance.
Participate in the property budget and strategic plan process, valuations, leasing management, insurance procurement, reporting, hold-sell analysis, as well as other asset management cycle of activities including capex and asset enhancement initiatives.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders: tenants, leasing agents, property managers, business partners, property appraisers, and portfolio management/finance/legal teams to support the asset management operation.
Involved in analysing and underwriting new investment opportunities.
Prepare Investment Committee memorandums and related support through risk analysis and in-depth understanding of investment factors.
Support the transaction due diligence and closing processes.
Assist with ad-hoc requests, initiatives and projects for the fund or broader business, if required.
1-3 years of relevant work experience across real estate and/or investment industries on buy or sell side;
A passion for real estate and demonstrated desire to build a career in the industry;
The ability to identify and clearly articulate key real estate and financial drivers and analysis.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills;
Fluency in English, an additional Asian language is ideal.
