Conduct QA reviews of AML alerts to ensure that alerts have been closed or escalated in accordance to the bank's requirements
Document process flow and articulate results of testing clearly
Identify deficiencies/thematic errors and propose remedy solutions
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that remediation of gaps identified are adequately resolved
Develop or contribute to training materials to address findings and to participate in delivery of training
Contribute to development of Management Information Reporting
Provide guidance to transaction surveillance analysts when required
Participate in transaction surveillance/QA projects
Undertake other adhoc duties as and when required, e.g. provide statistics, UAT testing and support audit review
Bachelor Degree in any related field
At least 4 years relevant experience in Transaction Monitoring/STR filing or Quality Assurance
Having experience with Consumer banking, Institutional banking and Private segments is an advantage
Team player, with strong organization, written and oral communication skills
Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills
Possess excellent investigation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
