Job Description & Summary Growing the deals strategy business which is complementary to the Deals business. The Deals Strategy team work alongside corporations, sovereign wealth/private equity funds to develop business strategies for organic and inorganic growth to create shareholder value.
As part of the team, you'll develop roadmaps of the driving economic objectives, determine the appropriate professionals needed, and consider financial reporting implications for deals.
As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Directors and above
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Business development and profiling:
- Pursue business development opportunities - walk the corridors of key clients
- Lead proposal strategy and development
- Contribute to growing the practice through recruitment; and profiling services and team
Project delivery: Manage a range of projects (from small to highly complex) to ensure completion within stipulated timeline and budget
Mentoring: Provide on the job coaching, technical guidance and mentoring to more junior team members.
